REM provides articles in the Ahead of Print format (online, before it is printed). 

These manuscripts will be available in PDF after they have gone through the formal peer-review process, then they will be accepted for publication. 

The manuscripts will be available online with a DOI Crossref before being officially published, for this reason, they do not possess volume, issue, and number of pages.
