CHIEF-EDITOR

Pedro Quartin Graça, Degree in Law (Legal-Political Sciences) from the University of Lisbon. Master in European Societies and Policies at ISCTE-IUL. DEA in Public Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Extremadura and a PhD in Public Policy from ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. He is Assistant Professor at ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and researcher at DINÂMIA´CET at ISCTE – IUL and at CIIMAR-Interdisciplinary Center for Marine and Environmental Research at the University of Porto. He was, among other public and political functions, deputy to the Assembly of the Republic in the X Legislature and municipal deputy in the Municipal Assembly of Lisbon. He is currently a member of the Technical-Scientific Commission for the candidacy of the Savage Islands as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, at the invitation of the Government of the Autonomous Region of Madeira. He has more than 90 published works, books, book chapters and articles.

  • Luís Mota PhD in Tourism Management and Planning. Associate Professor at the European University of Lisbon. Independent Specialist (Executive Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises)
  • Marta Oliveira  She graduated in Chemistry from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (2007) and completed her Master's in Quality Control at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the same university (2009). In 2016, she obtained a PhD in Sustainable Chemistry from the Faculty of Sciences from the University of Porto and the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She is currently a researcher in the Chemical Reaction and Analysis Group, which is part of the associated laboratory for Green Chemistry (REQUIMTE-LAQV - Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Polytechnic Institute of Porto, Portugal)

  • Michelle Lins de Moraes Orcid logo - is a Professor at Universidade Lusíada and at Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisboa ISCAL. She is a member of the National Training Commission for Tourism. She completed her PhD in Economics in 2014 at the Università degli Studi di Ferrara (Italy) and in Public Policy at the Federal University of Maranhão (Brazil), the Master in International Management in 2009 at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Italy), the Postgraduate in Planning and Management of Social Projects in 2008 at the Tiradentes University (Brazil) and the Bachelor in Economic Sciences in 2006 at the Federal University of Alagoas (Brazil). She participates as a researcher in the research project BIGTECHCon. She works in areas of Social Sciences with emphasis on Economics and Management. She has published articles in specialized journals, book chapters and books.

  • Oscar Martínez Frausto Orcid logo - Prof. Dr.- Ing., Professor at the Graduate Program in Sustainable Development and Geography at Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Quintana Roo, Mexico. PhD. in Research and Spatial Analysis from University of Bauhaus, Germany and graduate studies in Geography and Management of Natural Resources at the UNAM-Mexico. His research focus at hazards geomorphology, indicators for resilience, GIS and remote sensing management in tropical countries.
