INDICATOR MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR TOURISM VENTURES IN ECUADOR

Abstract
Due to the need to achieve quality in the tourist services offered by the ventures in the different communities, the aim is to design a system of indicators which contribute to the intervention of a sustainable management model. The methodology to be used has a qualitative approach. exploratory type, where historical studies and analysis of theories were carried out, considering a bibliography of several authors who contributed to the design of analysis of quality indicators for tourism companies. The information analyzed allows us to present a management model of indicators that can be applied to tourism ventures that are the bases in the construction of a quality system, applicable to the tourist environment of Ecuador.
