TEORIA DOS STAKEHOLDERS —REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DE LITERATURA

Resumo
A Teoria dos Stakeholders rompe com noções clássicas da administração da época para
trazer ideias tão inovadoras que ainda hoje são aproveitadas. A principal, é a que propõe a
extensão da conceção de quem são as peças-chave para uma empresa. A presente
investigação procurouexplorar e analisar a literatura relacionada com a Teoria dos
Stakeholders, utilizando como metodologia a análise bibliométrica. Neste estudo pretende-se
utilizar uma abordagem sistemática para realizar a revisão de literatura e um mapeamento dos
estudos de investigação mais relevantes. Nesse sentido, recorreu-se a um protocolo rigoroso
de pesquisa baseada em documentos científicos publicados na base de dados Web of
Science. Os documentos recolhidos encontram-se situados numa base temporal
compreendida entre 1989 e 2020. No resultado obtido (n=155) incluíram-se apenas artigos
que foram analisados utilizando a ferramenta R Bibliometrix. A análise destas publicações
aponta para uma tendência cresceste nas publicações de artigos na Teoria dos Stakeholders.
Pela análise bibliométrica dos resultados da investigação global destacamos os autores mais
citados, as publicações dos autores ao longo do tempo, e ainda destacamos os principais
temas de investigação e países onde foram realizados estudos. Por outro lado, salientamos
também a rede de colaboração entre instituições, autores e países ao longo do tempo.
